After vacuum pumping, the inert gas is introduced into the chamber, and the metal is melted by high-frequency induction melting.

We handle "Gas Atomization Equipment." By creating a differential pressure between the melting chamber and the spray chamber, and by raising the stopper, molten metal is dropped downward. High-pressure gas is then sprayed onto the molten metal to produce spherical metal powder particles.
