After vacuum pumping, the inert gas is introduced into the chamber, and the metal is melted by high-frequency induction melting.

We handle "Gas Atomization Equipment." By creating a differential pressure between the melting chamber and the spray chamber, and by raising the stopper, molten metal is dropped downward. High-pressure gas is then sprayed onto the molten metal to produce spherical metal powder particles. After vacuum evacuation, the powder is rapidly cooled and solidified in an inert atmosphere, allowing for easy powdering of samples with strong oxidizing properties that cannot be achieved with water atomization. 【Features】 ■ Rare earth magnet powder for injection molding (MIM) - Samples are collected without exposure to the atmosphere in an inert gas atmosphere using a glove box. ■ Powder for 3D printers - We provide spherical powders for 3D printers, including aluminum powder, titanium powder, cobalt-based powder, and Inconel powder. ■ High melting point sample powder - By heating samples up to 2000°C, it is possible to powder high melting point samples like pure iron. *For more details, please refer to the external link page or feel free to contact us.
